	married Matilda Priscilla Poole in Stepney, London 1899 b: 1879 Ashton, Winterborne, Dorset. d: 1948.
~ his father was:
	George Joseph Palmer ~ (general merchant). b:1845 Raweth, Essex. d: abt 1916.
	married (1) Eliza Cottrell in St. John's, Limehouse, 1866. married (2) Selina Polkinghorn in Parish Church, Poplar, 1875. (mother of John Henry Palmer, above). b: 1853, Pembroke Dock, South Wales.
~ his father was:
	Joseph Palmer ~ (labourer) b: abt 1818, Rosewell? (pos Roxwell), Essex.
	married Sarah Appleton b: abt 1824, Inworth, Essex.

This is the least known (so far) of all the family branches. George Joseph had a large premises (three shops in a row) in Poplar High Street at the turn of the century.
