At this point we are waiting for the opportunity to access the records of the old 'All Saints' church that once stood in Plaistow, Many Lawrences' were born in Plaistow and a thorough search is needed which should bring in more information. Also some mixed religion marriages took place (C of E to Catholic) and the local Catholic church records will be visited.

Note: A 'carman' was a horse & cart driver.
