Ann Elizabeth Lawrence

Ann Elizabeth Lawrence (nee Parker) b: 1816, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Parker - 
John & Haidee's 4 x great-grandmother. Ann married William Lawrence in 1836 and they produced six children before Ann contracted Phthisis (pulmonary consumption - a wasting disease related to TB) and died after two years illness at the young age of 36.  

This lady (or possibly her father) is the source of a family 'naming' tradition where many of the men have the second name 'Parker', leading to the conclusion that there must have been a large amount of respect and love for her.
